'Crash Course in Romance' Episode 5: Choi Chi Yeol & Nam Haeng Seon Sealed the Deal
Choi Chi Yeol (Jung Kyung Ho) and Nam Haeng Seon (Jeon Do Yeon) discuss a tutoring arrangement for Nam Hae E (Roh Yoon Seo).
Before they get into the financing of the deal, the superstar teacher suggests that they have to come up with another agreement away from money. Choi Chi Yeol uses the chance to request lunch boxes from Haeng Seon twice a day. In short, she'll be his personal chef.
Chi Yeol is strict with the timings and demands she keeps the agreement confidential. If the secret is revealed, it would affect the college admissions and his career, too.
Meanwhile, Nam Haeng Seon rekindles her bond with Nam Hae E, who is still shocked by the private tutoring and admits it's like a dream come true. She promises to study hard for the opportunity given to her.
Young Min's Death Bothers Choi Chi Yeol
Young Min's death gives chills to everyone as it happens at the academy. Choi Chi Yeol feels guilty given the last lesson he had with him - he booted the student out of the lesson.
Due to the incident, detectives call him for a statement, where Choi Chi Yeol admits he dropped by the Banchan shop after school.
Despite the fact he can prove his innocence, the investigation might continue as it is an open-and-shut case.
Tension Arises Between Seo Geon Hu, Lee Sun Jae
On the other hand, the love triangle continues to arise at the campus as Nam Hae E decides to help Seo Geon Hu (Lee Min Jae). Just before the conversation starts with Lee Sun Jae, the classes get canceled due to Young Min's demise. But the parents are not happy with it as they all care about their children's education.
Despite the chaos, Chi Yeol agrees with the parents and understands the value of time, and resumes the class for the students.
Nam Haeng Seon finds out what happened and worries about Choi Chi Yeol. She messages him and offers to postpone the private lessons for his well-being, but the teacher disagrees and continues with the tutoring.

At the school, since Nam Hae E is preparing for her lesson, Geon Hu makes his case and moves his deck up next to her. Lee Sun Jae (Lee Chae Min) starts to get jealous of their closeness and confronts the new guy in class.

Meanwhile, Nam Jae Woo gets into trouble while trying to help his crush Ms. Kwon. Due to a misunderstanding, Haeng Seon went straight to the police station. She offers to pay for the damage as long as they drop the charges.
The two agree as long as Jae Woo never comes back.
It happens that Choi Chi Yeol was also disappointed that night after hearing his enemies talking about his past and how it connects to Young Min's death. He accidentally passes Haeng Seon, who is drowning her sorrows with alcohol.
The two decide to drink together, and once they finish they'll be able to go home.
However, Chi Yeol ends up drinking a lot and ends up staying at Haeng Seon's place. He takes his chance to leave, but a misunderstanding ensues.
