According to him, he wants to repay Nam Haeng Seon family's kindness so he secretly helps in reducing the Banchan shop's rent and providing better facilities by putting in air conditioning units.
Back at the academic center, Choi Chi Yeol discovers that Yi Sang was the man behind spreading false rumors about him and plans to expose his secret relationship with Nam Haeng Seon. He threatens Yi Sang and makes sure to punish him when the truth comes out.
Meanwhile, Nam Haeng Seon finds out that Chi Yeol is her new landlord-and her friend Yeong Ju assures her that the Math instructor only wants the best for Haeng Seon.
Unfortunately, Bang Su Ha notices that the writing in Nam Hae E's workbook is the same as Choi Chi Yeol's, which made her speculate. She tells her mother and decides to hire a private investigator-who can check on Nam Haeng Seon and the Math instructor.
While having a casual conversation, Nam Haeng Seon and Choi Chi Yeol were caught by Su Hui (Kim Sun Young), raising new problems for the lead duo.
