Song Hye Kyo transformed into a vengeful woman who dedicates her whole life plotting revenge on the people who have tortured her in the past. Her portrayal of grief, wrath and agony was lauded by most fans.

While Part 1 established the narrative and showed Song Hye Kyo's backstory, Part 2 focused on realizing the much anticipated revenge plan that had been prepared for almost two decades.

The drama is an excellent reminder that all bad deeds have their own consequences. It also gave viewers a new perspective on revenge, which made them root for Song Hye Kyo from the beginning until the end.

'The Glory' Cast Praised For Outstanding Performances

With Song Hye Kyo's experience as a veteran actress, it's not shocking how well she portrayed her role. Moon Dong Eun is a complex yet lovable character that fans have loved since the drama premiered.

During its filming, Song Hye Kyo had sacrificed scrumptious meals and her flawless skin in order to play her character. Her dedication earned praises and respect from fans and non-fans around the globe.

Apart from the actress, the cast members including Lim Ji Yeon, Kim Hieora and Cha Joo Young also showed their excellent performances, giving life to their respective well-written characters.

Lim Ji Yeon, who was once criticized for her "bad acting," proved that she has the ability to synchronize with her role. In the work, the actress seamlessly transformed into Park Yeon Jin.

Many viewers believe that no one could have ever played Park Yeon Jin better than Lim Ji Yeon. Kim Hieora and Cha Joo Young, who transformed into Song Hye Kyo's drug addict and narcissistic bullies, respectively, also stole the spotlight.

Their immersive acting received applause from viewers. Lee Do Hyun also didn't go unnoticed as he showed off his skills as a mentally unstable doctor who also seeks revenge.

The cast of "The Glory" showed off a strong chemistry and synchronization that didn't disappoint fans who have waited for a very long time.

Although "The Glory" is not as dark as many anticipated, the revenge plan, which is the center of the show, still pulled through, sending the whole drama to its crescendo.
