Yoon Chan Young Transforms Into High School Gangster In New Drama

Yoon Chan Young scores a new acting project opposite Lee Seo Jin and Bong Jae Hyun!

On Thursday, April 6, it is reported that "All of Us Are Dead" actor Yoon Chan Young will take on the action genre in the brand new series "I Became A High School Gangster" (literal translation)!

The drama follows a middle aged gangster who possesses the body of a high school student to punish the school bullies who perpetrate violence in the prestigious educational institution.

Yoon Chan Young takes on the role of Song Yi Hyun, a 19-year-old high school student who becomes the target of school harassment due to his small build and timid personality.

In the 2022 apocalyptic series "All of Us Are Dead," the rising actor gave life to a young student who fought for his life amidst the influx of zombies in his beloved school.

With this, curiosity about how Yoon Chan Young portrays his new acting role is doubled. Meanwhile, Lee Seo Jin transforms into Kim Deuk Pal, a 47-year-old man who believes in humanity.

He's a gangster who takes over the body of the high school student to punish the bullies inside the school. Because of this possession concept, anticipation is amplified for Yoon Chan Young and Lee Seo Jin's chemistry and synchronization.

On the other hand, Bong Jae Hyun plays Choi Se Kyung, Song Yi Hyun's wealthy classmate who has a prickly and snobbish attitude.

The meeting of the three actors of different generations-from rookie to veteran-creates a promising energy that captures the public's attention.
