Kim Gun Woo Reveals Real Relationship With 'The Glory' Actors
On April 9, "The Glory" star Kim Gun Woo made a special appearance in SBS TV's variety program "My Little Old Boy."
After the success of the smash hit series, fans are tuning in not only to Song Hye Kyo but also to the supporting stars that made the series a huge success.
In "The Glory," Kim Gun Woo played Son Myeong Oh, the gangster-looking member of the school bullies. He received high praises for his immersive acting from both fans and critics alike.
In his recent guest appearance, Kim Gun Woo showed a different image, flaunting his "good boy" looks and down to earth personality. He even received compliments for his face and fit physique from the audience and hosts.
Due to the growing popularity of Netflix's revenge drama, everyone was curious about the cast's relationship. Kim Gun Woo filled in their curiosity, revealing that they all share a special bond.
According to the actor, the cast of "The Glory" would often meet up for dinner despite their busy schedules. They also update one another about the recent happenings in their professional and personal lives.

Kim Gun Woo Dishes About First Filming Experience With Song Hye Kyo
Besides Lim Ji Yeon, Jung Sung Il and Lee Do Hyun, Kim Gun Woo is the only cast member who had a lot of two shot scenes with Song Hye Kyo.
Unlike his character in the series, the actor has an introverted personality that makes it hard for him to interact with new people.
He told "My Little Old Boy" that he had a tough time during the filming of "The Glory," shocking the audience. Kim Gun Woo stated that he was "burdened" with his individual scenes with the Hallyu superstar.
Thankfully, Song Hye Kyo, whom the actor refers to as "Hye Kyo noona (older sister)," helped Kim Gun Woo a lot.
The restaurant conflict was the first scene that Kim Gun Woo and Song Hye Kyo shot together. Because of the pressure, the actor was evidently antsy.
"I was able to act with ease tanks to Hye Kyo noona, I," Kim Gun Woo shared. "She gave me acting advice before shooting and it boosted my confidence to act without hesitation."
Kim Gun Woo also expressed his eternal gratitude to the viewers who supported "The Glory" from beginning to end.
