However, her world crumbles after founding out that Hong Tae Ra was not her real identity. She was a killing machine who became part of someone else's evil plan.
Apart from Lee Ji Ah, the "Pandora: Beneath the Paradise" cast includes Lee Sang Yoon, Jang Hee Jin, Park Ki Woong, Bong Tae Gyu, and Shim So Young.
'Pandora: Beneath the Paradise' Episode 9 Hit an All-Time Low Ratings
A new week means a new episode for the tvN revenge drama. Airing every Saturday and Sunday, viewers could watch the mystery thriller series through tvN and Disney+
In a report, "Pandora: Beneath the Paradise" episode 9 experienced a major dip in viewership.
According to Neilsen Korea, the 9th episode dropped from 4.447 percent to 2.9 percent nationwide rating.
As the weekend drama kicked off its second half, Lee Ji Ah's drama struggled to maintain the ratings.
'Pandora: Beneath the Paradise' Episode 9 Recap
The 9th episode began with a continuation of a shocking incident that stunned the guests including presidential candidate Pyo Hye Jun.
It was after Hong Tae Ra attacked Kim Seon Deok after she found out that she groomed her brother to become one of the organization's assassins.
At this point, Pyo Hye Jun covered up his wife's actions; however, as for Tae Ra, it was an opportunity for her to confront him about her real identity.
Pointing a gun at her husband, Pyo Hye Jun spilled every detail and revealed that both of their parents were killed by Jang Do Jin's father, Jang Geun Mo.

Her husband's revelation caused more confusion since Hong Tae Ra still doubts whether she should trust Hye Jun or not.
On the other hand, one of the highlights in "Pandora: Beneath the Paradise" episode 9 is the beginning of Pyo Hye Jin's plan.
At this point, he is slowly getting into action starting by getting back at Jang Geun Mo.
After discovering that he ordered his men to kill Hye Jin's parents, he made sure to survive to avenge his family.
Jang Geun Mo experiences a heart attack after knowing that Pyo Hye Jin acquired the savings that is intended for Do Jin.
He also took this as an opportunity to manipulate Do Ji and have to choose between his father or wife Ko Haesoo.
In the last scene, Do Jin chooses to save his father, leaving his wife, Ko Hae Soo in a dangerous situation.
He was kidnapped by Pyo Hye Jin's men, instructing them to finish Hae Soo.
On the other hand, Hong Tae Ra managed to track Hae Soo's location, hinting that she would save her from the abductors.
