'Prime Minister and I" Romance, Family Love, and Mystery as Well

"The Prime Minister and I" with comic elements and romance started a fresh start.

According to ratings company Neilsen Korea on December 10th, the first episode of KBS 2TV Monday/Tuesday drama "The Prime Minister and I" (script Kim Eun Hee, Yoon Eun Kyung; director Lee So Yeon) broadcast rated 5.9%.  This is a whole 1.8% higher than the last episode of "Mirae's Choice" that rated 4.1% in its last episode.

Dramas aired at the same time, MBC "Empress Ki" and SBS "One Warm Word" rated 20.2% and 6.8% each.

 On this day, the first episode of "The Prime Minister and I" attracted viewers with fun laughter.  With the prime minister to-be Kwon Yul (played by Lee Beom Soo) and the amateur-like journalist Nam Da Jung (played by Yoon Ha) meeting for the first time and turning into a bad relationship, the plot moved quickly.

Lee Beom Soo did not lose sense of a comical nature in his sincere side and Yoon Ha showed a lively and playful charisma

The drama shows the romance of Lee Beom Soo and Yoon Ha and their family story, the executive director Kang In Ho (played by Yoon Shi Yoon) and Kwon Yul, the finance and budget minister Park Joon Gi (played by Ryu Jin) and the mystery surrounding their past as the expectations grew higher.

Meanwhile, "Prime Minister and I" is about a stubborn prime minister and a girl in her 20s who is dying to marry him as it shows a comical romance with a twist. It is broadcast every Monday and Tuesday at 10PM.
