Kim Chang Hoon's feature film debut "Hopeless" is set to be screened in the Un Certain Regard category at Cannes. It stars Song Joong Ki in his challenging role as a gangster who befriends a teenager who wants to escape.
Song Joong Ki is widely known for his flawless performance as seen on "Descendants of the Sun" and "Vincenzo," his most notable works. Anticipation is through the roof for the versatile actor who chose to star in the project without pay.

In particular, the South Korean film will be screened along with international films "How To Have Sex" by Molly Manning Walker, "Goodbye Julia" by Mohamed Kordofani and "If Only I Could Hibernate" by Zoljargal Purevdash, to name a few.
