IU did not shy away from talking about her boyfriend, Lee Jong Suk, during her interview for the upcoming movie "Dream."

The idol-actress couldn't help but gush over her romance with the actor, months after confirming their relationship.

During the interview, the media noticed how IU would casually talk about Lee Jong Suk and even referred to him as her "boyfriend."

IU Mentions Boyfriend Lee Jong Suk a Boyfriend in Interview

As mentioned by a news portal, it was IU's first time meeting the media following the dating announcement with Lee Jong Suk.

During the interview, the 29-year-old star welcomed various questions, including topics about her boyfriend, despite how uncomfortable or tricky the questions were.

As cited by an outlet, IU "naturally referred to Lee Jongsuk as "boyfriend" while answering a bunch of questions.

IU Shares Acting Advice She Gets from Lee Jong Suk

In addition to being IU's boyfriend, Lee Jong Suk is also the acting coach of the top star.

As the interview continued, the 29-year-old South Korean beauty revealed the perks of dating a fellow actor. IU shared that she would seek Lee Jong Suk's recommendation about acting since they are in the same industry.

"Since we have the same job, of course we would often talk about acting," the actress mentioned.

Moreover, she also shared that she would message him if she felt unsure about her performance.

"Ahead of filming, when I'd have a scene that I really didn't know how to approach, I'd send an SOS to my boyfriend too, IU revealed.

On the other hand, she is also looking forward to seeing Lee Jong Suk's reaction after watching her movie.

"Dream," which stars IU and Park Seo Joon, is her comeback to the big screen after headlining the award winning film "Broker" alongside Song Kang Ho, Kang Dong Won, Bae Doona, and Lee Joo Young.
