While "Dream" is consistently garnering an enthusiastic response from the public and gaining more moviegoers since its release, the cast members of the ongoing film began to share their never-before-told stories in doing the long-awaited project.

Among them who gave fans a glimpse of their journey is the movie's female lead IU. On April 30, the singer-actress uploaded a new video on her YouTube channel titled "Dream PD So Min, who has been working hard for three years to pursue only one goal."

It has been said that IU immediately received an Okay sign at the filming of "Dream" in Hungary without NG (No Good). When one of the production members mentioned it, the "Dream High" star smiled with satisfaction.

She commented, "As soon as I opened my mouth, he said okay," showcasing her dedication to finishing every scene with good results.

However, despite having consistent good feedback from the production, IU confessed that her eyes hurt because of the strong ultraviolet rays in Hungary.

The movie production began in May 2020 and got postponed due to the pandemic causing the team to work on it for almost three years. IU shared her concern, "'Dream' contains my appearance when I was 28, 29, and 30 years old. I am worried that the cuts shot when I was 28 and 30 might not match because I lost my cheek fat. It was great to continue filming for a long time. I feel like I've gotten closer to everyone."

What's Next for IU

Meanwhile, following her big screen return, IU is now preparing to make her small screen comeback through "You Have Done Well" also known as "Thank You For Your Hard Work."

She will share the frame with K-heartthrob, Park Bo Gum in this project. In fact, as of this writing, the production already began filming in April in Korea. The team planned to release the drama some time in 2024.
