'Bora! Deborah' Episode 9: Deborah Gets Awkward to Face Lee Soo Hyuk
The unexpected kiss caused confusion for the duo. Deborah and Lee Soo Hyuk met again for their Love Book Project with complicated minds and feelings.
Lee Yoo Jung (Park So Jin) pointed out that Deborah made an embarrassing mistake to Lee Soo Hyuk without knowing that the two workmates kissed the other night.

At first, Lee Soo Hyuk pretended not to know Deborah from afar, as he was still embarrassed about what he did. Later on, it was revealed that he misunderstood that Deborah thought of his kiss as a simple mistake, and only his disappointed feelings grew with Bora's excuse.
To cover up the awkwardness between the two, Lee Yoo Jung tried her best to put good intentions into every action she did while at work.
Lee Soo Hyuk & Deborah Misunderstood Each Other
Meanwhile, setting aside the issue, Deborah and Lee Soo Hyuk began the second plan for their book. In immersing herself in the plan, she tried doing anything that would make her look more beautiful.
She accidentally bumped into Lee Soo Hyuk at a bookstore and they decided to become gym buddies. Deborah even made a bet which Soo Hyuk accepted.
Randomly, through Han Sang Jin (Joo Sang Wook) Lee Yoo Jung discovered the continuous meeting of Soo Hyuk and Deborah, which made her angry.
A misunderstanding arose after Deborah knew that Lee Soo Hyuk was not interested to do the book project with her from the start and suffered from emotional labor because of her. She unintentionally said harsh words to him and later on, felt guilty for saying it. Despite her apology, Lee Soo Hyuk stood up for himself expressing his discomfort.
Meanwhile, at the party, Lee Yoo Jung and Deborah prepared to comfort Seo Soo Jin (Song Min Ji), who was lonely on the anniversary of her marriage and divorce with Han Sang Jin, Lee Soo Hyuk appeared with Sang Jin.
Afterward, Lee Soo Hyuk and Deborah ran to each other by accident. Both are itching to talk as they want to clear the misunderstanding between them.
