On May 26 KST, the black comedy film "Cobweb" finally held its first official screening at the 76th Cannes Film Festival.

The thriller drama film is helmed by Kim Jee Won and it features a perfectionist director who wishes to recreate the ending of his already finished film in order to achieve perfection.

"Cobweb" was screened as an out-of-competition film at the Grand Lumiere Auditorium as a part of the Official Selection of the prestigious annual Cannes Film Festival.

Prior to that, the cast of the film including Song Kang Ho, Im Soo Jung, Jeon Yeo Bin and Krystal Jung graced the red carpet which earned them massive attention from fans around the world.

In particular, Song Joong Ki's "Hopeless" is also screened at the festival along with various international films like "Goodbye Julia" by Mohamed Kordofani and "How To Have Sex" by Molly Manning Walker.
