Shin Seung Ho to Possibly Join Lee Min Ho in 'Omniscient Reader's Viewpoint'
In a report cited by a media outlet on June 2, the production team of the upcoming film "Omniscient Reader's Viewpoint" announced that "Alchemy of Souls" star Shin Seung Ho, who played as crown prince in the record-breaking series, is reportedly cast to participate in the movie.
In addition to the news, Shin Seung Ho received a casting offer, but nothing has is confirmed yet.
Shin Seung Ho is offered to play Lee Hyun Sung, a supporting character in the novel that Kim Dok Ja read.
If he accepts the project, he will work together with Lee Min Ho and Ahn Hyo Seop. Chae Soo Bin is also in talks to star in the film.
It might also be Shin Seung Ho's second silver screen appearance after "Double Patty" in 2021, where he paired up with Red Velvet's Irene.
What We Know So Far About 'Omniscient Reader's Viewpoint'
"Omniscient Reader's Viewpoint" is based on a popular web novel of the same name. The story revolves around Kim Dok Ja, whose life suddenly changes, and starts living in the world of the web novel he read.
The ongoing webtoon is also gaining lots of love from readers. It receives more attention as it will be produced in a movie and might star the biggest actors in the industry today.

The production company handling the project was the same team that produced the movie "Along with Gods," which achieved 200 million moviegoers during its run. Kim Byung Woo is assigned to direct the work, and once the cast is already settled, the filming will start anytime soon this year.
Shin Seung Ho Gears for 2 More Films
Shin Seung Ho made his acting debut in 2019 through the campus-romance series "At Eighteen" alongside rising actress Shin Ye Eun. In the same year, he landed another role in Netflix's "Love Alarm."
In 2020, he headlined KBS2's "How to Buy a Friend" together with "Crash Landing on You" and "Dr. Romantic 3" star Lee Shin Young. The young actor always makes impactful performances in every role given to him.
The 27-year-old heartthrob is also booked to work in two movies. In a news release on June 1, Shin Seung Ho participated in the script reading of "Reawakened Man" to be helmed by "The Beauty Inside" director Baek. Koo Kyo Hwan, Kang Ki Young, Kim Si A, and Kim Sung Ryoung are also named as cast. The production already started filming last May 7.
Adding to his work is the mystery film "Only God Knows Everything." Jeon So Min and Han Ji Eun are also participating in the project.
