Before the BinJin wedding, the public speculated that Hyun Bin's house, worth 4.3 million USD, which he bought in 2020, would serve as the couple's marital home.
According to a post cited by a news portal, the said property is a penthouse at Walkerhill, Podoville Housing Estate. The actor reportedly bought the estate in June 2020 and moved in by December 2020.

One of the celebrity neighbors of Son Ye Jin and Hyun Bin is Han So Hee.
