Blue Dragon Series Awards, is about to celebrate its second year this 2023. The organization of the newest ceremony has finally named the list of actors, actresses, and dramas who will compete for different titles this year.
Sports Chosun, which presents the popular annual Blue Dragon Film Awards, has officially launched Korea's first award ceremony specifically for streaming platforms beginning in 2022.
In the continued growth of various original Korean content, the Blue Dragon Series Awards honors excellence in series and variety programs produced by big streaming services.

On June 26, the organization surprised the masses by dropping the list of nominees who will fight for their spots in the 2nd Blue Dragon Series Awards.

It has been said that the nominees were selected thru conducted surveys in collaboration with officials and viewers as well as the evaluations made by Sports Chosun entertainment news reporters for domestic dramas, variety programs, and educational shows that were released from May 1, 2022, to May 31, 2023.
