The public seemed to be unable to get over Lee Junho and YoonA dating despite their respective agencies shutting down the speculation about the "King the Land" stars' relationship.
On July 3, after the JTBC series aired its sixth episode, media outlet Proof claimed that the K-drama lead stars are dating in real life. They also mentioned that the two were dating even before the production of "King the Land."
Surprising everyone with the bombshell news, the outlet also claimed that Lee Junho and YoonA accepted the offer to headline the JTBC series because of their relationship. Due to this, viewers and fans were delighted to hear the news.
Netizens also pointed out that "King the Land" lead stars deliver amazing on-screen chemistry because of their real-life romance.
YoonA & Lee Junho's Agencies Comment on Dating Rumors
Interestingly, the majority of the fans showed their support for the K-drama couple only after their respective agencies responded to dating rumors.
As mentioned by a media outlet, YoonA's agency, SM Entertainment, and Lee Junho's label, JYP Entertainment, said that the "two are just close" and there's no truth behind the dating rumors.

JYP Entertainment also mentioned that, upon checking with the singer-actor, they've found out that "the dating rumors are groundless."
Public Compares YoonA - Lee Junho's Dating Rumors to BinJin's
Following the response from the agencies, viewers are still hopeful about the possible relationship between the "King the Land" stars.
Over Twitter, fans expressed their wish to see YoonA and Lee Junho as a couple in the future. Others have also not given up on the possibility of off-screen romance and suspect that they might be secretly dating in real life.
However, some fans recalled how Son Ye Jin and Hyun Bin's dating rumor went before.
In 2019, rumors sparked that the "Crash Landing on You" stars were spotted dating after they were seen together at the grocery store in the United States.
At the time, both Son Ye Jin and Hyun Bin's agencies, MSTeam Entertainment and VAST, denied the rumors.
MSTeam Entertainment said that the actress was "vacationing alone" while her parents were in Korea.
On the other hand, VAST Entertainment said that the actor is in the U.S. for "personal business" and not with Son Ye Jin.
However, a year later, the duo officially confirmed their relationship. They are now happily married with their firstborn.
As for YoonA and Lee Junho shippers, some said that they have seen the same scenario before and are hoping for the best for the duo.

From a double-digit rating, "King the Land" is experiencing a major boost after the dating rumors.
The JTBC drama topped the Most Buzzworthy Drama rankings cited by Good Data Corporation, while YoonA and Lee Junho topped the actor rankings.
