'My Lovely Liar' New Poster Raises Excitement
On July 5, broadcast network tvN unveiled the new romantic poster for "My Lovely Liar" starring Kim So Hyun and Hwang Minhyun.
Fans were amassed for the new drama's debut as it marks Kim So Hyun and Hwang Minhyun's long anticipated return to the small screen.
"My Lovely Liar" is a fantasy romance series that depicts the fateful romance between a young woman who has the ability to detect lies and an enigmatic man who keeps his identity a secret.
Kim So Hyun transforms into Mok Sol Hee, a cynic who lost her faith in other people after receiving the supernatural ability to hear lies.
Meanwhile, Hwang Minhyun is music producer Kim Do Ha who hides his true identity from the world to keep an unspeakable secret safe within him.

The intriguing premise and characterizations of the two actors raised the excitement bar to a new level. It was then doubled when tvN dropped the new romantic teaser for the drama.
In the published poster, tension and romance can be seen between Mok Sol Hee and Kim Do Ha who are leaning in close together. The locked gazes create a heart-fluttering atmosphere.
Mok Sol Hee aims to convey her sincerity to Kim Do Ha as she reaches out her hand. The fizzy feeling is reciprocated as Kim Do Ha stares at Mok Sol Hee, as if asking her to stay by his side.
In addition, the text that reads "I can hear your truth" raises the anticipation for the work through the roof. Focus is given to the two characters whose relationship gradually changes due to their unsaid feelings and hidden truths.
Praises For Kim Sohyun & Hwang Minhyun
"My Lovely Liar" is the newest addition to the fantasy romance roster of tvN this 2023, following "Alchemy of Souls," "The Heavenly Idol" and more.
Earlier this 2023, Hwang Minhyun stole the spotlight as a righteous mage in the smash hit two-parter series "Alchemy of Souls" with Jung So Min, Go Yoon Jung and Lee Jae Wook.
On the other hand, Kim So Hyun returns to the television scene after years of inactivity. She is expected to show off her unrivaled and improved acting through "My Lovely Liar."
The production unit raises the excitement by saying that Kim So Hyun and Hwang Minhyun created a refreshing atmosphere to highlight their characters' special relationship in the show.
"The diverse chemistry between the two actors is a thing that no one should miss this summer," a representative from the production unit stated.
