Choi Sooyoung’s Drama ‘Not Others’ Surprises Viewers With THIS Explicit Scene

"Not Others," which stars Choi Sooyoung and Jeon Hye Jin, is not the typical rom-com K-drama since it focuses on the modern-day relationship between a single mother and her daughter.

Premiered on July 17, the pilot episode garnered attention due to some unexpected scenes. Despite kicking off with a decent viewership rating of 1.3 percent, the new K-drama is receiving mixed reactions from viewers.

'Not Others' Episode 1 Garners Attention After Jeon Hye Jin Did THIS

"Not Others" episode 1 surprised viewers as it featured an NSFW scene.

In the story, Jeon Hye Jin plays a single mother, Kim Eun Mi, who had a baby at a young age. Unlike the traditional mother, Eun Mi is liberated and adventurous, but very protective of her daughter.

The drama also depicted Kim Eun Mi as someone who appreciates men but seems not to be into serious relationships.

In one scene, when Kim Jin Hee (Choi Sooyoung) returned to their house after a long day at work, she accidentally saw her mom watching a sex scene and at the same time touching herself.

Kim Jin Hee was horrified and shocked at what she saw. However, her mom acted as if nothing happened and even asked her what she wanted for dinner.

Over social media, fans expressed hilarious reactions and mentioned how surprised they were for including this on the pilot episode. 

In addition, viewers were also shaken up by the plot twist in the story.

Choi Sooyoung's Bare-Faced Look in 'Not Others' Praised By Viewers

While viewers are drawn to the chaotic relationship between Kim Eun Mi and Kim Jin Hee, fans also noticed how stunning Choi Sooyoung is despite not wearing heavy makeup.

As mentioned, her character is more modest as compared to her mother.

While her mom, Kim Eun Mi, likes dressing up, doing skincare, and more, Kim Jin Hee has a much simpler lifestyle.

With this, Sooyoung had to embody the character; hence, her constantly simple look.

Interestingly, viewers are in awe of how stunning the Girls' Generation member is even without makeup.

On the other hand, "Not Others" airs every Monday and Tuesday via ENA.

As for the third episode, Choi Sooyoung and Jeon Hye Jin's new drama will air on July 24 at 9 p.m. KST.
