On July 26, days before its long anticipated premiere, tvN's "My Lovely Liar" dropped an exhilarating highlight video.
In the teaser, a glimpse of Kim So Hyun and Hwang Minhyun's characters' lives is seen which raised the fans' excitement for the forthcoming fantasy romance series.
"My Lovely Liar" follows the romantic story of a "liar hunter" named Mok Sol Hee (Kim So Hyun) who's able to detect lies and genius composer Kim Do Ha (Hwang Minhyun) who has a dark secret buried deep inside of him.
The highlight video shows Mok Sol Hee and Kim Do Ha's fateful meeting as they become neighbors due to an unexpected incident. Their different worlds become smaller as they grow closer.
Viewers are able to see how Mok Sol Hee uses her lie-detecting powers to make a living while Kim Do Ha lives a reclusive life due to his deep, dark secret despite being a genius musician.
A sprinkle of fun is also introduced as Mok Sol Hee and Kim Do Ha fight over their favorite soccer teams, making prospective viewers tune in to the upcoming show.
