Lee Do Hyun is all set for his enlistment ceremony. However, the actor's girlfriend, Lim Ji Yeon, won't be there to see him off.
On August 3, local news outlet iMBC cited that "The Glory" actor would be enlisting in the military.
Prior to this, Lee Do Hyun's name was among the rumored stars who might be enlisting in the military in 2023, along with fellow actors GOT7's Jinyoung and Nam Joo Hyuk.
Following the report, the actor's agency, Yuehua Entertainment, released a statement confirming his plan to enter the military.

As obtained by a different news portal, Lee Do Hyun's enlistment will start on August 14, where he will be receiving his basic military training at the training center.
The South Korean star will fulfill his military duty under the Republic of Korea Air Force's (ROKAF) military band.
Although there have been instances where artists held events prior to the enlistment, Yuehua Entertainment said that "no separate official event will be held on the day of enlistment."
With this, Lee Do Hyun's agency "asks fans to refrain from visiting as it is a private event that numerous military personnel and family members will be attending."

D-day has come for Lee Do Hyun to fulfill his duty for the country.
The actor and his agency are yet to release an update regarding his enlistment, but all eyes are on Lee Do Hyun's girlfriend, Lim Ji Yeon, who is currently in a public relationship with the actor.
In a separate report, the actress is reportedly unable to attend his enlistment. The reason behind this is that Lim Ji Yeon has a prior schedule and is currently filming her comeback movie, "Revolver."
She joins Ji Chang Wook and Jeon Do Yeon as headliners of the upcoming action-packed Korean movie.
While Lee Do Hyun is busy with his enlistment, Lim Ji Yeon is booked and busy with back-to-back projects.

After the hit revenge drama "The Glory," where Lim Ji Yeon co-starred with Lee Do Hyun and Song Hye Kyo, the South Korean beauty, who won Best Supporting Actress at the Baeksang Arts Awards 2023, stars in a new project.
Lim Ji Yeon headlined the thriller-mystery series "Lies Hidden in My Garden" with Kim Tae Hee after officially wrapping up the two seasons of "The Glory."
Following this, she stars in the recently-premiered K-drama "The Killing Vote" with Park Hae Jin and Park Sung Woong.
Airing every Thursday via SBS, it depicts the story of a mysterious masked man who goes after viscious criminals.
