‘Island’ Cast Update 2023: Kim Nam Gil, Cha Eun Woo, More Booked With New K-Dramas
The lead cast of the action-fantasy series "Island" namely, Kim Nam Gil, Cha Eun Woo, and more, are back on the screen with new K-dramas!

In the last month of 2022 until the first half of 2023, Kim Nam Gil, Cha Eun Woo, Lee Da Hee, and Sung Joon offered an epic fantasy series that was packed with thrilling action and rich narrative through "Island."
These four talented stars, who are also known in the industry by many thanks to their outstanding works, are returning to the acting scene beginning in the second half of 2023 with their respective projects. Without further ado, here are their projects that are about to be released soon.
Kim Nam Gil
Kim Nam Gil will headline the soon-to-release series "Song of the Bandits" on Netflix. This action-adventure drama is set in the backdrop of 1920 where people throw a fierce punch of defiance to those who have chased them away from their homes to protect their family, land, and comrades.
Joining him in this project are SNSD's Seohyun, Yoo Jae Myung, Lee Hyun Wook, and Lee Ho Jung. They will finally meet the viewers beginning September 22.
Cha Eun Woo
Another trending celebrity is making his comeback! None other than idol actor Cha Eun Woo. After finishing his overseas fashion show schedules, the heartthrob is ready to immerse himself in a new role as he stars as Jin Seo Won.
He will transform into a Math teacher in his upcoming drama with Park Gyu Young and Lee Hyun Woo, "A Good Day to Be a Dog."

The 26-year-old K-star is expected to have his small screen return beginning October 11. The series will be released every Wednesday on MBC.
In addition, Cha Eun Woo is also confirmed to collaborate with veteran actress Kim Nam Joo in "Wonderful World."
Lee Da Hee
This versatile actress just confirmed her next drama! According to a media outlet, Lee Da Hee will share the frame along with Oh My Girls' Arin and Lee Soo Hyuk in the webtoon-based series "S Line."
It is a fantasy-thriller drama that shows various social situations that arise when red lines suddenly appear above people's heads, connecting them to people with whom they have had relationships, and exposing their sensitive private information in an instant.
After announcing its cast, the production is said to begin filming soon with a plan of releasing "S Line" sometime in 2024.
Sung Joon, on the other hand, has no confirmed dramas or projected projects yet following the conclusion of "Islan" 1 & 2.
