Many fans wonder whether the actor is coming back to the reels. In his recent interview, the idol-actor shared his plans for acting. Read to know more.

BTS V To Follow Own Artistic Choice


On September 12, BTS V made an appearance as the newest guest in fellow singer-actor IU's web show "IU's Palette."

The idol-actor recently made his solo debut with the album "Layover," which became a medium to express his artistic style and inner thoughts.

BTS V shared that it is his turning point to reach the highest peak of his career and show the talents that he possesses.

This also poses questions for the artist's acting career. To recall, BTS V made headlines for his impressive performance in the hit series "Hwarang" alongside Park Seo Joon, Go Ara and Park Hyung Sik.

In the 2016 period drama, he played the role of the younger hwarang named Seok Han Sung which was well-received by the public.

Now that BTS V is following his own choice for his career, many fans wonder whether he's coming back to the acting scene.

While there is no news of project offers to the popular star, BTS V revealed that he's planning to challenge himself once again in terrestrial television, raising excitement for his comeback.

BTS V Reveals Dream Role As Actor

It's a universal knowledge that BTS V is a movie junkie on its own. He even recommended some films to his fans to watch on Netflix.

The popular list includes Academy award winner "Parasite" which stars his friend Choi Woo Shik, "Call Me By Your Name," "About Time" and "Reservoir Dogs," to name a few.

He also loved watching the black comedy Netflix show "The End of the F***ing World," which follows the lives of morally gray characters that give resonance to the viewers.

The show successfully spanned for two seasons. BTS V confessed that the series changed his thoughts on acting completely.

"After watching the show, I wanted to challenge myself," BTS V said. "In my next work, I want to play characters like the ones in the Netflix series."

He also added that he wants to take on the challenge of the thriller genre, eliciting excitement among his fans.
