'High Cookie Drops New Posters With Nam Ji Hyun & Jung Da Bin

On September 15, the upcoming series "High Cookie" dropped new posters featuring lead stars Nam Ji Hyun and Jung Da Bin.

The series follows the lives of high school students from an elite university which is swallowed up by dangerous handmade cookies that make people's dreams come true.

In the series, Nam Ji Hyun plays Choi Soo Young, a part-time factory worker who tries to make ends meet to raise her younger sister Choi Min Young, played by Jung Da Bin.

To save her sister from impending doom, Choi Soo Young then voluntarily jumps into the swamp created by the cookies.

The newly published poster heightens the heart-thumping danger that is about to come as a mysterious cookie is surrounded by the students' name tags.

In another teaser, Choi Soo Young and Choi Min Young shake the expectations of the viewers as they exude intense remorse due to their debt of gratitude to one another.

The photo suggests the differences in their thoughts, raising curiosity as to what kind of future plays out for the two of them. In addition to that, curiosity about how a bite of the harmless-looking cookie shakes up people's lives is also doubled.

"High Cookie" will be released on October 23 on U+ Mobile TV, LG U+'s OTT streaming platform.

Nam Ji Hyun & Jung Da Bin's Previous Works

Both stars dominated prime time in the past year with their recent works "Little Women" and "Glitch."

Nam Ji Hyun transformed into Oh In Kyung, a reporter who plans to eradicate the mayoral candidate's corrupt ways after growing up in a destitute home.

"Little Women" is an offbeat drama that received great responses from the public in both domestic and international scenes.

Meanwhile, "Glitch" tells the grief of a young woman who loses his boyfriend to UFOs. To uncover the truth, she joins a group of UFO watchers in hopes to reunite with her lover.

Jung Da Bin joined the cast as Kim Young Gi, a member of the New Beginnings Peace Corps in the show.
