"The Wild" is a crime-action film that depicts the story of Song Woo Chul, who, after attempting to forget his dark past, finds himself involved in a dangerous conflict due to the schemes of his friend Do Shik (Oh Dae Hwan).

Diverting the genre for a while, amid the chaos, a relationship blossoms between Woo Chul and Myung Joo. It has been said that the romance unfolds gently, offering a soft contrast to the cruel realities of their chaotic worlds.

The two have a kiss scene, which is said to be a pivotal moment in the film, marking a point of emotional vulnerability and chemistry between their characters.

Park Sung Woong shared that during filming, he was consistently apologizing to Seo Ji Hye. He felt that the actress, being in her late 20s, should have been doing the scene with a younger male star, since it was her first melodramatic role.

The veteran actor's persistent apologies extended throughout the filming, showing a blend of professional concern and personal awkwardness.

It was also revealed that the kiss scene was filmed on their first day. Park Sung Woong voiced out that the director might have planned to schedule the kiss on day one since they weren't all close yet.

However, their awkwardness played well into the scene, as it was the characters' first kiss in the movie.

"It was the characters' first kiss scene, so the awkwardness suited our characters well."

Meanwhile, Seo Ji Hye mentioned that she found the actor's anxious expressions endearing when they first met. She appreciated Park Sung Woong's nervousness, which mirrored the characters' situation in the narrative. It also helped portray the scene more naturally.

The actress also said she was also grateful to the veteran actor for taking good care of her on set and providing helpful advice.
