Shin Hye Sun Hides From Ji Chang Wook In New Drama

On November 2, the very first drama teaser for JTBC's "Welcome To Samdalri" was released to fans' delight.

The series tells the lives of two childhood best friends joined at the hip whose dreams in life change gradually, which also changes their relationship and their closeness.

Ji Chang Wook plays Jo Yong Pil, a son of a diver who grew up on an island while Shin Hye Sun takes on the role of his childhood friend Jo Sam Dal.

Unlike him, her lifelong dream is to get out of their small town and move to Seoul, which changes the tune of their friendship.

The new teaser begins with Jo Sam Dal's return to town. Her old neighbors and family friends are more excited than ever, making her uncomfortable to the bones.

Since she was young, she dreamed of escaping the small island and moving into the big city of Seoul. However, things don't turn out great for her, which makes her give up the life she wants.

After hearing the news of Jo Sam Dal's return, Jo Yong Pil excitedly waits for her, not knowing that she's trying her best to avoid him.

With this, tension grows bigger, and curiosity whether they make up or not is also amplified. Catch the premiere of "Welcome To Samdalri" this December 2 at 10:30 p.m. KST on JTBC.
