"Empress Ki" Ta Whan tried so hard to guard himself against Joo Jin Mo.

On the episode of MBC Monday/Tuesday drama "Empress Ki" (script Jang Young Chul, Jung Kyung Soon, director Han Hee, Lee Sung Joon), Ta Whan started to guard himself against Wang Yu (played by Joo Jin Mo) who expressed his feelings for Ki Seung Nyang (played by Ha Ji Won).

On this episode, Ta Whan started to recite a poem in front of the Empress (played by Kim Suh Hyun), Tanasili (played by Baek Jin Hee), and Wang Yu in a friendly setting.  Ta Whan was illiterate but he thought of the poems that Ki Seung Nyang had read to him night after night and was trying to take control over Wang Yu.

However, when Tanasili asked Ta Whan what the content of the poem was, his confidence was ruined.  Cmopared to this, Wang Yu read Du Bou's poem, "Spring Dreams" and captured the heart of the empress.

In the end, Ta Whan came back to his quarters and made an unfair face as he said to Ki Seung Nyang, "What is it that Wang Yu can't do?" as he sighed.

At this, Ki Seung Nyang said, "There's nothing that you can do better" and he was upset.  Ta Whan said, "I was good at soccer since I was young" as he gathered all the officials and practiced soccer, attracting attention from others.'
