Gong Myung To Headline 'A Week Before I Die'
On November 8, as cited by a news outlet, the actor will headline the youth-fantasy romance "A Week Before I Die."
Adding more excitement to his new work, he is expected to share the frame with Kim Min Ha, Lee Min Ho's co-star in hit K-drama "Pachinko."
"A Week Before I Die" is a story that takes place in the life of twenty-four-year-old Jung Hee Wan, who lives as an ordinary person without any desire for life, and Kim Ram Woo, a childhood friend, and first love, who appears as the Grim Reaper and tells Hee Wan will die a week later.
It will tell the romance between a man and a woman whose fates are intertwined with a traditional fantasy that the Grim Reaper appears in the form of their most loved person.
According to a source, this series is adapted from a novel of the same name and written by Seo Eun Chae. Once the cast members are already confirmed, the production will begin in earnest.

The "Temperature of Love" and "Glitch" director Noh Duk is expected to participate as creator and producer of the upcoming drama, while Director Choi Ha Na will helm the project.
Furthermore, the production team plans to release the drama some time in 2025.

Meanwhile, Gong Myung, who was discharged from the military in June 2022, is about to make his Netflix return with the noir series "Mercy for None."
On October 27, news reports announced the star-studded lineup of the drama, So Ji Sub, Lee Joon Hyuk, Hu Joon Ho, Cha Seung Won, Ahn Gil Kang, Choo Young Woo, Tiger Lee, and Jo Han Chul.
“Mercy For None” follows the story of two gangs that survived a battle for supremacy in Seoul in front of the National Assembly Plaza in Yeouido.
In addition, the main narrative will center around a man who starts to uncover the truth after the sudden death of his brother.
Gong Myung takes on the role of Joon Mo, the successor to Bongsan, which soon became a corporation from its origins handled by Joo Woon's (played by Hu Joon Ho) gang.
