Yoo Jae Suk Defends Jeon So Min Against Malicious Comments
On November 12, Jeon So Min marked his final appearance on "Running Man." As she bade farewell to the cast and crew, the actress couldn't hide her tears as it will be the last moment to be with them, whom she worked with for almost six years.
During the broadcast, mainstay Yoo Jae Suk started the show by discussing the speculation about Jeon So Min's departure. According to the comedian, "There have been news saying that Jeon So Min was leaving the program because of the malicious comments, but this is not true."
He continued, "People seem to think it's true, but that's not the case. Honestly if the hurtful comments were the reason, we would have made Jeon So Min stay. Why should the victim lose their job?" remarked Yoo Jae Suk.

The veteran comedian added that Jeon So Min is leaving to pursue her dreams, and hopes that people can support and cheer for her future endeavors.

Meanwhile, in Jeon So Min's last episode in the show, the members went on a trip that the actress planned. They visited places she wanted to go with them. For the last stop, they went to a coffee shop where the mainstays read their written letters for her.
Due to the heartwarming messages and love she received from her co-stars, Jeon So Min smiled and mentioned that she would visit often on set.
She declared that she wanted to leave with a happy face, but she ended up crying after hearing and reading her members' letters, and the flowers that the "Running Man" staff prepared for her.
"I don't want to bid farewell with tears, but you guys left me no choice." Before leaving she remarked, "Since I was young, I dreamed of being on a television show. Being a part of 'Running Man' and working with these talented individuals has been such an honor. I don't know if I brought good hearty laughter to the audience, but I surely enjoyed my stay here."
She added, "I don't know what the future holds, but I don't think I'll ever find a more important and honorable thing than being a part of this show. It will always be in my heart as a special memory."
