Ju Ji Hoon To Headline New K-drama 'Climax'

On December 19, OSEN News reported that Ju Ji Hoon was offered to star in a brand new series called "Climax."

The veteran star recently received the offer to headline "Climax" (working title), and is currently reviewing it with a positive mind.

"Climax" is the new show created by Lee Ji Won, the director of the high-grossing film "Miss Baek" that was released in 2018.

Media outlets didn't release any information about the work, and stated that "Climax" is currently on the table for discussion. The drama marks director Lee Ji Won's first-ever television show.

Meanwhile, "Climax" might become Ju Ji Hoon's comeback series in three years if he accepts the offer. Although there's no news yet, fans are already excited for the possible project.

Moreover, "Climax" will be distributed by Hive Media Corporation, which created the hit films "Single In Seoul," "Gonjiam: Haunted Asylum" and more.

Ju Ji Hoon's 'Ransomed,' 'Project Silence,' More Works

Earlier this year, Ju Ji Hoon returned to the big screens with the action drama film "Ransomed" with Ha Jung Woo.

The veteran star also headlined the web series "Dominant Species," before landing his new roles in the Netflix series "The Trauma Code: Heroes On Call."

In the drama, the actor transforms into Baek Kang Hyuk, a genius surgeon who performs surgeries on trauma zones. Aside from his great skills, he also hones his pupils to become like him in order to save lives.

"The Trauma Code: Heroes On Call" also stars Chu Young Woo, Yoon Kyung Ho, Jung Jae Kwang and more, and it's expected to air some time next year on Netflix. Stay tuned for more updates!
