Before the year 2023 finally ends, the South Korean netizens shook the Internet as they named the three most ill-mannered actors in the Hallyu scene from their behavior and styles in responding to reporters and staff. Read to know more.

1. Hwang Jung Min

First on the list is veteran star Hwang Jung Min. According to K-netizens and other media staff, the actor hasn't participated in any interviews with the press for five consecutive years.

In addition, he was said to leave the promotional activities before they end, and would always make his co-stars and directors do the promotions by themselves.

The viewers are also certain that Hwang Jung Min favors YouTube content over press interviews, causing uproar among media reporters.

2. Lee Dong Hwi

Known for his outstanding performances in the hit dramas "Reply 1988" and "Big Bet," Lee Dong Hwi is second on the list of the most ill-mannered Hallyu stars.

The viewers claimed that the actor doesn't respond well to media reporters. In an interview before, Lee Dong Hwi refused to answer questions related to "Squid Game" star Jung Ho Yeon.

Since 2015, Lee Dong Hwi and Jung Ho Yeon have been dating publicly. Because of his refusal to respond, K-netz said that the actor created an awkward atmosphere.

In addition to that, Lee Dong Hwi doesn't value other people's time. During the "Reply 1988" reunion earlier this year, Girl's Day Hyeri claimed that the actor came late at dinner.

He also didn't make an appearance at his friend and fellow actor Ryu Jun Yeol's photo exhibit, despite being invited along with his fellow "Reply 1988" co-stars.

2. Song Joong Ki

Last but not the least is Hallyu favorite star Song Joong Ki. In an interview regarding his career and film last October, the actor sarcastically dismissed reporters with a passive-aggressive remark.

When he was also interview by media staff, he responded by saying, "Are you writing a novel?," which was received by the public with a sour taste.

Finally, the Hallyu fans claim that he's "ill-mannered" after announcing his divorce with then-wife Song Hye Kyo, instead of giving her a heads up in person out of courtesy.
