Jang Nara Talks About Her Married Life in 'Yoo Quiz On the Block'

In the "Yoo Quiz On the Block" episode teaser aired on December 27, the show welcomed Jang Nara as its celebrity guest.

In the clip provided by the talk show team, the actress was seen being excited while talking about her marriage as well as her non-celebrity husband, who she used to work with.

Jang Nara met her husband while working on the SBS 2019 series "VIP," who was a cameraman at that time. During the interview, the celebrity revealed what kind of efforts she made to win her partner's heart before officially dating him.

When the host of the show Yoo Jae Suk asked the actress if she was enjoying her married life, she immediately answered, "Yes, I am. Absolutely," with a happy smile.

On the other hand, Jo Se Ho curiously asked if Jang Nara's husband was a fan of hers from the start.

Jang Nara Confesses Making the First Move to Her Husband

The "Fated to Love You" lead star responded and revealed how she made a bold move to get her husband's attention.

"No, he was not really interested in me at first. He only thought that I was a nice person who always worked hard. So I made the first move."

Surprised by what she confessed, Yoo Jae Suk and Jo Se Ho asked for more details regarding her bold move, and she's willing to give them a closer look at her romance outside showbiz.

According to Jang Nara, when they were working together on-site, they never discussed anything personal. But since the actress wanted to talk about things other than work with him, she did her best to find a good excuse to message him after the filming of the drama.

"I must find something in common with him. That was my first mission."

She continued that during one of her days off, she happened to sort out some pictures she had taken while filming her series. Then she found her husband in the corner of a group photo, and it gave her the idea to send the snap to him.

As she wrapped up the topic, she added:

"After I sent him the picture, I also asked how he was doing and he replied, thanking me for the photo. And asked me 'Have you been resting well?'"

Jang Nara confessed:

"When I received his reply, I exclaimed, Yes!' This is it! Again. Him asking me a question was an excuse for me to keep making conversation with him."

And that was how the actress was able to get the attention of her now non-celebrity husband.

After being in a relationship for 2 years, she married her "VIP" cameraman in June 2022.
