'Gyeongseong Creature' Releases Special Teaser For Part 2
On January 4, fans were given a glimpse into the second half of "Gyeongseong Creature," much to the viewers' delight.
Following the success of the Netflix series, fans around the world couldn't hide their curiosity as to what happens next in the second half of the broadcast.
"Gyeongseong Creature" even secured its No. 1 spot as the most buzzworthy as well as the most viewed South Korean release on Netflix in more than 20 countries including Taiwan, Singapore, the Philippines and more.
The long wait is finally over as the drama releases Part 2 this month. The new pre-release video depicted the key figures in the show.
In the teaser, Lady Maeda Yukiko, played by Kim Soo Hyun, appeared after she invited her husband's mistress, Myung Ja, played by Ji Woo, who's pregnant with her husband's child.
Because of this, she suggested that Myung Ja should be admitted at Ongseong Hospital, feigning care and affection for the baby. Soon, Myung Ja is imprisoned at a concentration camp.
A gruesome scene followed after Lady Maeda Yukiko is revealed to be the biggest benefactor who made the largest donation to the experiments inside the hospital, hinting at her contribution to Seishin's (Kang Mal Geum) tragic ending.
In Part 2, fans expect to discover more about Lady Maeda Yukiko's true identity, and why she takes part in the cruel and unspeakable experiments in Gyeongseong.

On the other hand, "Gyeongseong Creature" follows the story of two young people's psychological warfare and survival while fighting monsters created by humankind' greed.
