Kim Go Eun, Lee Do Hyun, More to Face Strange Phenomena in 'Exhuma'

"Exhuma" formerly known as "Pamyo" is an occult mystery movie that features the bizarre events that happen as a geomancer, shaman, and mortician relocate a suspicious grave for a large amount of money.

Before its February release, the production dropped another teaser which piqued the curiosity of the viewers. Veteran actor Choi Min Sik who plays the character of Sang Deok, a geomancer, locates the best spots for graves.

Kim Go Eun is Hwa Rim, a shaman who appeases the spirits, along with her is Lee Do Hyun who plays Bong Gil, a shaman who chants the scriptures. In the previous stills, the actor drew attention with his unconventional visuals, which gave the audience the curiosity to know more about his character.

And lastly, Yoo Hae Jin will immerse himself in the character of Young Geun, a mortician. As they teamed up to move the grave, strange and tragic things started to happen in their lives.

The teaser hinted at the spine-chilling story as these characters confront strange phenomena.

'Exhuma' Posters Intensify the Sense of Suspense

Apart from the short video, the production also presented a poster that exhibits a single eye emerging from the soil, creating a mysterious look. In another poster is a collage featuring the eyes of the main stars intensifies the suspense.

"Exhuma" will be directed by Jang Jae Hyun which is why people have high expectations about the movie. He is known for exploring themes related to cult religions, he was the mastermind behind the projects "The Priests" and "Svaha: The Sixth Finger."

Furthermore, "Exhuma" is expected to meet viewers in Korea beginning in February. There is no announcement yet whether it will also be available for international release. However, many foreign fans are already looking forward to watching the thrilling occult movie starring some of the talented stars in the industry.

It is also packed with unique narratives that are new to some of the global fans.
