Kim Woo Bin Reveals How He Has Been Keeping Healthy Lifestyle Following His Comeback

Amid the South Koren star's back-to-back projects since he returned to the industry, the 34-year-old actor opens up about keeping his career and personal life balanced.

How Kim Woo Bin Keeps His Health in Tip-Top Shape

During his appearance in a video released by his agency, AM Entertainment, featuring an event that the actor attended for watch brand Jaeger-LeCoultre in Switzerland, where he served as a brand ambassador, Kim Woo Bin showcased a glimpse of his life as he took his fans throughout his shoot.

Flying from Korea all the way to Switzerland, he welcomed the crew with his pajamas still on and a face pack before the big day.

As the glam team prepares the actor for the shoot, the "Our Blues" star mentions that it's been more than 11 hours since he worked up.

He continues by updating the team on his schedule, which includes squeezing in a bit of exercise. This only shows how dedicated he is to keeping his health his priority.

"During the shoot, he jokingly said, "It's been 11 hours and 20 minutes since I woke up. Today, I woke up at 6 am, cycled for 30 minutes, skipped breakfast, started hair and makeup at 7:30 am, began work at 9:30 am, and now it's 5:20 pm," he said, adding that he is "incredibly tired" after having a full-packed schedule.

In the comment section, fans reacted to the YouTube video by saying that aside from his health routine, netizens also noticed his kindness towards the staff and his team.

It can be recalled that Kim Woo Bin went on a four-year hiatus after he was diagnosed with nasopharyngeal cancer in 2017.

At the time, he postponed his on-screen activities to focus on his recovery.

Meanwhile, as he returns to the industry, Kim Woo Bin is booked and busy with K-dramas and movies.

Starting the year with a new series, Kim Woo Bin headlines an upcoming rom-com K-drama "Everything Will Come True" with Bae Suzy.

The series will be their second project together after the duo starred in the 2016 K-drama "Uncontrollably Fond."

In Kim Woo Bin's new drama, he will transform into a genie who will give Ga Young (Bae Suzy) three wishes after helping him get out of the lamp.

Helmed by the "Be Melodramatic" and "Dream" directors Lee Byung Hun and penned by the renowned screenwriter Kim Eun Sook.

In addition, Ahn Eun Jin will also join the cast of "Everything Will Come True" as one of the lead stars.
