‘Gyeongseong Creature’ Episode 8-10: Park Seo Joon Parts Ways With Han So Hee

The government attacks in full force in the second half of "Gyeongseong Creature," putting Park Seo Joon and Han So Hee's safety to jeopardy.

Yoon Chae Ok Learns The Truth

It is revealed that Lady Maeda (Soo Hyun) is a big contributor to the experiments in the hospital.

Kato (Choi Young Joon) explains that the Najin doesn't turn humans into a creature but it makes them hungry for human brains. Seishin became a creature because of an unknown serum.

Yoon Chae Ok (Han So Hee) learns the truth behind her mother's disappearance after seeing the creature's necklace inside the hospital.

She and Jang Tae Sang run after Myung Ja (Ji Woo) to save her from facing the same fate as Seishin. However, Myung Ja finds herself surrounded by policemen.

Jang Tae Sang Parts Ways With Yoon Chae Ok

The policemen push Myung Ja into a cage. When she throws a fit and tries to attack Ishikawa (Kim Do Hyun), bullets fly into her.

At the hospital, Seishin grows more agitated as she tries to look for her child. Jang Tae Sang creates a plan about what they can do in the hospital.

He gives Yoon Chae Ok an opal bracelet for good luck, promising one another that they must remember each other should one of them die.

After sharing an emotional moment, Jang Tae Sang and Yoon Chae Ok finally kiss each other goodbye and prepare for their operation.

Seishin's Rampage

Seishin successfully breaks out of her chains, frustrating Kato and the other officials. Meanwhile, Lady Maeda brings in Yoon Chae Ok.

After learning that Yoon Chae Ok is missing, Jang Tae Sang goes on his way with Kwon Jun Taek (Wi Ha Joon). The former leaves his pawnshop in Mrs. Nawol's (Kim Hae Sook) care.

At the hospital, Seishin bursts through the mesh floor when Kato slaps Yoon Chae Ok. Kato decides to shut the underground lab before finally bombing the hospital.

Thankfully, Jang Tae Sang arrives at the hospital to free her. He also frees Myung Ja, who's crucially in labor. Yoon Chae Ok's father lures Seishin to the rooftops to save her.

Did Yoon Chae Ok Survive?

Jang Tae Sang and Yoon Chae Ok get on an army truck. Enraged, Lady Maeda sends her men to attack. Thankfully, Seishin comes to the rescue.

Unfortunately, Seishin thinks Jang Tae Sang is one of them. Yoon Chae Ok shields him and says that he's the man she loves. Because of this, Seishin's tentacles go through her instead.

At the end of the show, Jang Tae Sang remains as the master of the House of Golden Treasures. Elsewhere, Yoon Chae Ok floats together with Seishin.

It is revealed that the Najin in Seishin's body entered Yoon Chae Ok to save her. In the next scene, Jang Tae Sang is seen in modern Seoul with a new identity called Ho Jae.
