MBN's new drama "The Crown Prince Has Disappeared" raised the tension by sharing exclusive sneak peeks of its first script reading featuring EXO Suho, Hong Ye Ji and more.

The production also doubled the fun as it announced its official premiere date. 

'The Crown Prince Has Disappeared' Announces Premiere

The long wait for EXO Suho's return to the limelight is finally over as MBN's new historical K-drama "The Crown Prince Has Disappeared" is finally coming to the screens.

On January 26, the production unit of the show released photos of the main cast members from the first script reading, enticing prospective viewers.

"The Crown Prince Has Disappeared" depicts the romance between a crown prince who gets kidnapped by the woman who is set to be his wife.

The series is headlined by EXO Suho and Hong Ye Ji who work together for the first time ever. In the script reading, the two showcased overwhelming charisma as they immersed themselves into their roles.

EXO Suho boasted his stable acting as crown prince Lee Geon, opposite Hong Ye Ji who displayed her versatility as she gave life to her character Choi Myung Yoon.

Attention is given to the two stars who have created names for themselves through starring in period dramas in the past including "Arthdal Chronicles" and "Love Song For Illusion."

On the other hand, MBN announced that "The Crown Prince Has Disappeared" will hit the home theaters on March 9 so make sure to check it out.

Myung Se Bin, Kim Joo Heon, More Strengthen New MBC K-drama

Besides the two lead stars, MBN introduced the seasoned actors who will collaborate with them to further strengthen the production.

The veterans were also in attendance during the script reading including Myung Se Bin and Kim Joo Heon. In the series, the actress plays queen regent Min Soo Ryun.

Meanwhile, Kim Joo Heon transforms into Hong Ye Ji's father Choi Sang Rok. Both characters are driven with passion and love, and will stop at nothing to achieve their goals.

Lastly, Kim Min Kyu joins the cast as Do Sun, Lee Geon's half-brother and a key character that will complete the love triangle between him and Choi Myung Yoon.

The new K-drama is guaranteed to provide viewers spectacular entertainment while also keeping them on their toes with the entwined fates of each character.

In addition, great performance and synergy are also promised to fans, thanks to the cast's strong presence and impeccable skills.
