Ji Young tried hard to smile.
On MBC Wednesday/Thursday drama "Miss Korea" (script Suh Sook Hyang director Kwon Suk Jang) broadcast on December 19th, Ji Young (played by Lee Yeon Hee) tried hard to smile and hide her tears.
While working hard as an elevator girl whiel being ignored by director Park at work for menial things, she was propositioned, "Don't wear these things" as her first love Hyung Joon (played by Lee Sun Gyun) took her name tag off and suggested she be a Miss Korea.
Ji Young rejected this and almost kicked Hyung Joon out but she was sad at the reality that she had to be an elevator girl that had to smile all the time.
At this, she was smiling towards guests on the elevator and suddenly started to cry little by little.
However, at that time, the director said, "Smile Ji Young, like a Miss Korea. Waikiki" and criticized her as Ji Young forcefully laughed.
However, director Park left and she started to cry uncontrollably.
Letting these tears fall, she said, "Stupid me. I should've studied. I just played in school. Look at me now" and regretted as she was sad.
However, she forced herself to say "Waikiki" and laughed widely.
However, Ji Young started crying again and this looked unfortunate.
Meanwhile, at the end of this episode, Ji Young receives breast implants which were her weakness as Director Ma had suggested and she decides to challenge herself to Miss Korea as it'llb e interesting to see what her next step in life will be.
