‘Doctor Slump’ Episode 8: Park Shin Hye Had Bittersweet Relationship With Park Hyung Sik

Nam Ha Neul (Park Shin Hye) and Yeo Jeong Woo (Park Hyung Sik) had a bittersweet relationship in "Doctor Slump" Episode 8.

'Doctor Slump' Episode 8: Yeo Jeong Woo & Nam Ha Neul Admit Their Relationship

Ba Da started thinking about his sister's dating life. Nam Ha Neul, on the other hand, was still confused about her dating status with Yeo Jeong Woo.

Ha Neul went to Jeong Woo's house to clarify their relationship but was unable to ask him because Ba Da randomly paid a visit. She rushed to the bathroom to hide and unexpectedly heard Jeong Woo and Ba Da's conversation.

Ba Da told him to stop fooling with his sister who is overthinking about their relationship status. Jeong Woo understood what he was trying to say and assured him to clear things to Ha Neul.

While in shock after she overheard their talk, Ha Neul asked Jeong Woo again and then he confessed that he could not be friends with her anymore because he likes her too much to stay friends.

Yeo Jeong Woo's Planned Date With Nam Ha Neul Fails

After confirming their relationship the couple went on a date. Elsewhere, Dae Young wanted to contact Jeong Woo but failed and it was Wol Seon who picked up the call and scolded him. Jeong Woo was about to go on a date with Ha Neul but received a call from Dae Young and was invited for lunch.

 Ha, Neul told him to go as they could go later. The two headed out for a date. However, Jeong Woo's plan and expectations came crashing down when he found himself in the library with her. He was awestruck by Ha Neul's wish to spend their first date while talking about dissertations and decided to take matters into his own hands.

While they were having a date Jeong Woo gave Ha Neul assurance that she could be open to him and not surpass her emotions. Despite allowing her to be open to him, he could still sense that there was something wrong with work.

When they arrived home, Jeong Woo found an invitation in his mailbox from Kyung Min. This surprised him, however, he was not aware of the paling Ha Neul by his side whose traumatic memories are triggered.

Nam Ha Neul's Anxiety Worsen Affecting Her Relationship With Yeo Jeong Woo

Ha Neul rushed home and was unreachable. Jeong Woo sensed that there was something wrong with her and called her repeatedly after intervals to check up on her. He went to her psychiatrist and saw her crying. He followed her and noticed the sadness on her face.

Seeing Ha Neul's situation made Jeong Woo decline Dae Young's job offer as he wanted to be by Ha Neul's side. He went to her house but Ha Neul was not there. Instead, Wol Seon and Ba Da invited him for lunch and advised him how to propose to Ha Neul, but were soon interrupted by his mother who called for help.

Elsewhere, Ha Neul met an old colleague and found out about Kyung Min's engagement to the daughter of a pharmaceutical company's CEO which only happened due to his professor label. The label he got because of the dissertation written by her.

Due to the complicated feelings she was experiencing, Nam Ha Neul's relationship with Jeong Woo was affected. After their sweet moments before, their relationship gets bitter, and on the verge of breaking up.
