Seo Hyun Woo Graces GQ Korea With Masculine Allure

On March 1, the editorial team of GQ Korea dropped the exclusive photos of Seo Hyun Woo, surprising the fans of the seasoned actor.

Seo Hyun Woo boasted his oozing bravado in his newest pictorial, making everyone swoon over his timeless visuals. Despite being in his 40s, the actor still possesses his youthful aura.

In the photos, he was garbed in luxury goods from Ferragamo. The actor posed in style as he donned a suede trench coat paired with a black straight cut slacks, giving off a mature look.

Earlier this year, Seo Hyun Woo made his prime time comeback with "A Shop for Killers" as a cold-blooded sniper with Lee Dong Wook.

He left an impact on the viewers, even creating a demand for Season 2. In an interview with GQ Korea, Seo Hyun Woo dished on his acting style and how he prepares for work.

According to him, he already visualizes his character as soon as he reads the script. Because of this, he becomes more hands-on in creating and planning his wardrobe, makeup and body language.

"I approach acting with immersive emotions that can penetrate the viewers' hearts," Seo Hyun Woo said. "I see to it that I express them accurately. It's important that the viewers can also feel what my character feels."

Seo Hyun Woo opened up that he suffered from OCD (obsessive-compulsive disorder) which made him the way he is now. He added, "I tend to be obsessive in doing things right, even in acting."

On the other hand, he revealed that he's gotten better as he grew older, and he channeled his compulsions in making himself more proactive.

The actor's hobbies include listening to music, hiking mountains and socializing, which have improved his lifestyle and mindset. According to Seo Hyun Woo, it has become a routine for him.

This 2024, a slew of Seo Hyun Woo's projects is coming to the silver and brown screens.

Following his transformation as a sniper in "A Shop for Killers," the actor now returns to prime time as an elite soldier in "Uncle Samsik" with Song Kang Ho and Byun Yo Han.

He will also play a detective in the new crime comedy K-drama "Not Powerful But Attractive Violent Crimes Unit" opposite Kim Dong Wook and Park Ji Hwan.

Both works are slated to be released in the second half of 2024 on Disney+. Meanwhile, Seo Hyun Woo's film "My Name Is Loh Kiwan" finally premiered in theaters on March 1.

He transformed into Song Joong Ki's uncle. The film tells the story of a North Korean defector-turned-refugee in Belgium who falls for a Korean-Belgian woman who has given up in life. The film is also available worldwide on Netflix.
