On March 15, media outlets reported that Kim Sejeong is being courted to star in the director's upcoming project "In the Name of Liquor" (working title).

The production follows the story of a woman working at a liquor company as a saleswoman who falls in love with a local beer producer. Kim Sejeong is offered to take on the lead role.

If she accepts the offer, she will play a saleswoman who works hard to save the sales office as they face a huge crisis in the liquor scene.

In an interview with L'Officiel Malaysia, Kim Sejeong dished on her career choices and plans as a growing artist.

Recently, the Hallyu star attended the opening of the luxury brand Longchamp at The Exchange TRX in Malaysia as its global ambassador.

Kim Sejeong felt nothing but excitement and honor to work with Longchamp's new collections. She said, "I value the brand's trust and support. I will continue to live up to the brand's expectations as an exemplary ambassador."

Kim Sejeong also talked about her growing career. Recently, she made her theater debut with the play "Temple" earlier this year. According to her, she's working diligently as an artist.

"I will prioritize myself and my career this year," she shared. "I will do my best in order to have a long career in both acting and music, and become a more developed person."
