Kim Soo Hyun Talks About Friendship With Jung Hae In: ‘We are both…’

'Queen of Tears' Stars Kim Soo Hyun, Kim Ji Won, Park Sung Hoon Make Appearance in 'Salon Drip 2'

On March 19, "Queen of Tears" stars Kim Soo Hyun, Kim Ji Won, and Park Sung Hoon made their guest appearance in the recent episode of "Salon Drip 2."

During their interview, the lead actor shared his typical day-off routine. He mentioned regularly going to the gym and how it can make his entire day slip away. Apart from it, Kim Soo Hyun is also active in doing new things.

According to him, he used to enjoy bowling, but he was captivated by playing golf. This time, the program's host Jang Do Yeon chimed in and curiously asked if he spends his free time with his celebrity friend Jung Hae In.

To recall, Jung Hae In sent a coffee truck to the "Queen of Tears" filming site for Kim Soo Hyun.

Kim Soo Hyun Recounts How He Became Friends With Jung Hae In

The actor answered that they play golf when they are both available and have drinks afterward. Park Sung Hoon asked:

"But you and Jung Hae In haven't worked together yet, right?"

The heartthrob agreed and started sharing how he ended up being friends with Jung Hae In.

"A couple of years ago, I visited the Netflix series 'D.P.' filming site where Hae In starred. A newly debuted actor from our agency was part of the project, so I went there to show support."

The "My Love From the Star" actor added:

"We are both shy people."

He elaborated that when they were having an awkward conversation, they talked about golf and the director of the series noticed them and asked:

"Hey, what's happening? You both are the same age. Why don't you become friends?"

Kim Soo Hyun recounted, mentioning that he exchanged phone numbers with Jung Hae In. A few days later, Jung Hae In messaged him and asked Kim Soo Hyun to play golf with him. That's when their friendship blossomed.

Kim Soo Hyun said that Jung Hae In helped him in playing the sport since he was still a newbie in golf. They went to play golf together and were grateful to ask for advice from Jung Hae In.
