THIS OG K-drama Queen Makes Her Instagram Debut

Joining fellow stars who are active on social media, Go Hyun Jung officially joins Instagram.

The K-drama queen surprised the public on March 14 after the actress shared her first Instagram post.

After 35 years since her debut, fans can now see more of Go Hyun Jung through her newly launched Instagram account.

As for her first post, the "Mask Girl" star shared a funny caption along with a photo of her standing in front of a huge bookshelf and wearing casual clothes.

"I'm starting Instagram. I'm embarrassed. I think I'll regret it. It's too hard for me."

In the comment section, singer-songwriter Jung Jae Hyung cheered the actress and wrote, "Go Hyun Jung!"

The same goes for Davichi's Kang Min Kyung, who welcomed her by commenting with heart emojis.

Other than this, fans also showed their support by hyping Go Hyun Jung on X, formerly Twitter.

Some even called it the "biggest plot twist of 2024" after seeing the actress' official Instagram account.

As of this writing, Go Hyun Jung's Instagram has 67.1K followers and counting, and 23 following, which includes celebrity friends and colleagues like Song Hye Kyo, Ma Dong Seok, Lee Hyeri, "Mask Girl" co-star Nana, and Shin Hyun Bin, who she worked with in "Reflection of You."

Before launching her personal Instagram account, Go Hyun Jung communicated with her fans through her fan cafe webpage.

Go Hyun Jung Shuts Down Dating Rumors With Jo In Sung

In January 2024, Go Hyun Jung appeared as a guest on Jung Jae Hyung's YouTube channel, "Fairy Jae Hyung."

The actress got honest as she talked about the controversy surrounding her lately.

Among the topics discussed was the photograph of her and Jo In Sung, sparking dating rumors.

According to the actress, the said photo was taken at the airport, where she and Jo In Sung were with other stars as well.

"I made a comeback with In-sung. Since then, there have been continuous rumors. There's even a photo of us at the airport. Song Joong Ki and Lee Min Ho were also there, but only we were photographed."

The actress also mentioned that she first met the actor when he was 25 and described him as a "manly and nice guy."

Go Hyun Jung boldly shut down dating rumors when she said Jo In Sung was not for her.

Prior to the dating rumors, she first worked with Jo In Sung in "Dear My Friends" in 2016, where they played lovers.

Go Hyun Jung made her K-drama come back after 3 years as she headlined the K-drama "Reflection of You."

Since then, the actress has been active, doing various K-dramas.

For her upcoming project, she is selected to star in the remake of the psychological thriller French online series "The Mantis."
