Ji Chang Wook put down his first orders as emperor.

On the 17th episode of MBC Monday/Tuesday "Empress Ki" (script Jang Young Chul, Jung Kyung Soon, director Han Hee, Lee Sung Joon) broadcast on December 23rd, Ta Whan (played by Ji Chang Wook) laid down his first orders as emperor.

On this day, Ta Whan blocked Ki Seung Nyang (played by Ha Ji Won)'s ears and said seirouslyt hat he would fight with Yeon Chul (played by Jun Guk Hwan) and this look was different htan before.

Until now, Ta Whan had been suffering from Yun Cheol's threats and as he was frantic to look for the late emperor's blood will, he called Baek Ahn (played by Kim Young Ho) and Tal Tal (payed by Jin Yi Han) secretly.  Baek Ahna nd Tal Tal disobeyed Yul Cheol's orders from Koreo's Da Chung Island and saved Ki Seung Nyang who was escaping Ta Whan.

Ta Whan said, "This is the first order I'm laying down.  Find the blood will" and put forth his first orders after becoming emperor.  As Baek Ahn acted as if he didn't know about the blood will, Ta Whan shouted, "Why is Yun Cheol looking for a will that doesn't even exist?"

Tal Tal said, "If Yeon Chul finds out this truth, no one can protect you your majesty in this court. It's not a threat but a warning."  Ta Whan talked about what had happened in Dae Chang Island and persuaded Baek Ahn and Tal Tal saying, "Can't you guys protect me?"

In the end, Baek Ahn and Tal Tal decided to take in the empror's orders at the changed side of Ta Whan.  Ta Whan decided to go against Yun Cheol and ended his role as a puppet and it will be interesting to see whether he will be able to show an emperor like side.
