Samsung Galaxy Note III Release Date: Rival for Apple's Newest Device; Shiny Samsung Smartphone, Serious Competition for Mobile Devices

Apple might made a loud bang this year with its new iPhone 5c and iPhone 5s this year targeting emerging markets like China and India, Samsung and its Android platform has created a top selling brand in Asia and in some parts of Europe. All the engineering aspects of the iPhone dominate the market, Korean manufacturer Samsung is creeping into the U.S., Europe and Asian markets with a new appeal, the Samsung Note 3.

The latest addition to Samsung's repertoire is the Samsung Galaxy Note 3. While its predecessors the Note I and II are well made and have a large screen length and design, mirroring the iPhone5, the Samsung Note 3 is a product that sells itself. Most of the criticism for the earlier models were focused on the lack of refinability and Samsung has responded well to those claims. In this regard, iPhone's seamless functions are touted by consumers around the world and now that same technology is availability to underdeveloped countries for a fraction of the price of the earlier iPhones. However, the proprietary nature of the iPhone sets off those who are budget conscious and Samsung seems to have taken advantage of this.

The new Samsung Galaxy Note III shares many design aspects with Galaxy S4. Dependign on the model you buy, you'll get a Samsung Exynos 5 Octa SoC, or a Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 outfitted with a 5.7 inch 1080 display with Super AMOLED. You will also have removable storage and a whopping 13-megapizel camera and the ubiquitous S-Pen. This feature was not very useful in the Samsung Note 1, but it was improved for the Samsung Note 2.
