‘Jeong Do Jun’ Jo Jae Hyun, “Yoo Dong Geun, I Liked the Script As Soon As I Read It”
"Jeong Do Jun" starts at the start of King Gong Min's reign in 1374 to 1398 when he dies and deals with 24 years of stories. It is divided into "Destiy", "Relations" and "Death".
Actor Jo Jae Hyun plays the role of Jeong Do Jun who is an outsider that the Koreo dynasty has thrown out but is born again as a revolutionary. Yoo Dong Geun is a person with a lot of human appeal and lives forever as a Koreo person Lee Sung Gye.
Jo Jae Hyun said, "It's the first time collaborating with Yoo Dong Geun in a larger drama. When doing a script reading, I liked it a lot. I wasn't used to the period drama but I plan to edit it out."
At this, Yoo Dong Geun said, "It was great to meet Jo Jae Hyun. It was great hearing that Jo Jae Hyun was playing the role of Jeong Do Jun. It was great to see a younger actor's acting as a viewer and I welcomed this. I look forward to working on the drama well."
Meanwhile, "Jeong Do Jun" will be broadcast at 9:40PM on January 4th on KBS 1TV. It features Jo Jae Hyun, Yoo Dong Geun, Park Young Gu, Suh Il Suk, Lim Ho, and Ahn Jae Mo.
