Go Ara Voted As The Most Anticipated Actress Who Was Born In The Year Of The Horse

Actress Go Ara received a lot of love with her portrayal in the drama "Reply 1994", and following her success in 2013, she was voted as the #1 actress who was born in the Year of the Horse to look forward to this 2014.

Online community DC Inside conducted a poll on "Which female actress who was born in the year of the horse do you look forward to in the year 2014?" and it ran from December 31 to January 7.

Of the 15,071 votes, Go Ara unsurprisingly received 7,915 or 52.2% of the votes. With her drastic image transformation from a goddess-like doll to an approachable and honest country bumpkin, she was able to win the hearts of viewers and supporters through her character Na Jung in the drama "Reply 1994", which is one of the most successful cable dramas of all time.

Coming second is Park Shin Hye who received 3,964 or 26.3% of the votes. Her portrayal in the drama "The Heirs" earned her several acting and popularity awards. Following in third place is Girls' Generation's Yoona with 1,698 or 11.3% of the votes. She opened the year 2014 by confirming her relationship with actor Lee Seung Gi.

Actresses  Kang Sora and Baek Jin Hee, as well as Girls' Generation's Soo Young, were also included in the poll.
