Emerging reports this week confirm another trending topic besides all the spectacular fun in technology at the International Consumer Electronic Show in Las Vegas.

Explore Talent is a fashion company  that raised heads when it launched a website for talent jobs in the Las Vegas area. The firm also set up a page on Facebook to get a facelift for its business. Now it has gone through a transformation for women of all sizes to live with a healthy self esteem guided by social media.

'Plus Size Modeling', the pagebook on Facebook initially had inspiring quotes. When the site began posting women of big size, the website took off to create an amazing response.

Uploaded photos and videos were getting about 500 shares and 158,000 likes on Facebook.

The whole image of the plus size model and the plus size fashion statement is doing wonders for women and their self-confidence. The most likely answer is that most average women might be a little overweight, not anorexic or bulimic.

Director of the social media marketing at the modeling firm, Sabrina diResta wrote in the Huffington Post Facebook Stories section,  "We made it our mission to expose the world to this wonderful side of plus-size modeling and started showcasing the work of plus-size models all over the globe in an effort to show our fans that big, beautiful and sexy really does exist."

She added, "What about the other millions of women out there who can't just jump into a small dress and feel good about themselves? Or don't think they could ever get in front of a camera and become the face of a brand?"

Ashley Graham is one of the rising stars in plus size modeling. She's now part of the IMG models and she has a line of lingerie with Canadian retailer, Addition Elle that tags their plus size products as 'Sexy is a state of mind.'
