Actress Lee Young Ae Reveals Her Twin Children
Actress Lee Young Ae in a documentary titled "SBS Special Lee Young Ae's Supper" which aired on SBS for the New Year's TV special says, "As I only think about my work and concentrate on it, I hear that people feel distanced from me, or think that I am mysterious. But from now on I want to approach them as comfortable as possible. Not as a star approaching a fan, but as a person to another person."
A mother of twin children Lee Young Ae's life was revealed in a documentary titled "SBS Special Lee Young Ae's Supper" which aired on February 2, 2014. Mother Lee Young Ae talked about her daily life with the merchants in a street market, and complained about how it is difficult to raise twins. However, Lee Young Ae seemed happy to be based in Yang Pyung, not Soeul, and interested in healthy, organic food for her children.
On the SBS special documentary titled "SBS Special Lee Young Ae's Supper" which aired on February 2, 2014, Lee young Ae, her husband Jung Ho Seung, and the twin children, Jung Seung Bin and Jung Seung Kwon's lives were revealed. On this day's episode, Lee Young Ae said, "I became a mother a little bit later than most people." Lee Young Ae then added, "While I abandoned work for the fun of watching the children grow day by day, it has already been nine years since I stopped filming," revealed the reason why she stopped filming any movies or dramas since the movie "Sympathy for Lady Vengeance." The reason why she left Seoul, her home, and go to Moon Ho Ri, Yang Pyung, was also to gift the fresh air and a healthy home for the children.
Lee Young Ae then talked about raising twins, "I think that raising twins is not twice as hard as raising a child, but six times harder. When I see a mother with twin children on the street, I cannot help but say hi to her first." Lee Young Ae then trimmed her daughter's hair with scissors. Lee Young Ae shared that the children do not like to go to hair salons to get their hair cut, and so she had become their hairdresser.
Lee Young Ae then visited the street market and bought groceries for the family. Lee Young Ae in the documentary "SBS Special Lee Young Ae's Supper" shared her everyday life along with the stories of Korean traditional food.
