Billy Ray Cyrus has made a comeback. Sort of.

Miley Cyrus' dad debuted a rap remix of his 90's hit, "Achy Breaky Heart" with unknown rapper Buck 22 (produced for Pink, Destiny's Child and Keyshia Cole).

The original "Achy Breaky Heart" was released in 1992 and was a massive international hit for the twerking star's father.

According to the Los Angeles Times, "Achy Breaky 2" has rightfully been ranked by VH1 as one of the most awesomely bad songs ever.

Those shocked by the song will be even more shocked by the music video, featuring Cryus, Buck 22 and barely clothed dancers.

The video starts with former CNN anchor Larry King delivering news of an "unidentified flying object seen transcending over Europe."

A scene follows where Billy Ray Cyrus and a young African-American boy walk down a road in Kentucky, one with a guitar case, the other with a fishing pole.

A flash of light and music follow as Cyrus and the child get sucked up into an alien spacecraft.

Then the performance begins.

52-year-old Cyrus and Buck 22 sing and rap the once popular 90's hit as alien-like dancers dance around the two.

It is reported that twerking is involved, possibly for daughter Miley Cyrus.

40-year-old rapper Buck 22 has tweeted, "The new revolution of Country Music mixed with Hip-Hop. Join the movement" as he promoted the new song.

Unfortunately, Twitter users haven't been very welcoming of the country-rap remix.

Sam Wolfson hilariously tweeted, "Billy Ray Cyrus made me realize the apocalypse has already happened."

Fellow Twitter user, Sonia Harris, tweeted, "WARNING: you cannot unsee this. Billey Ray Cyrus is back with his Achy Breaky Heart. It's a wreck(ing ball)."
