'Empress Ki" Cancelled Or Pushed Forward Because of Olympics
Because of the winter Olympics, the three terrestrial channels all cancelled its dramas.
On February 11th, the three channels all aired the 2014 Sochi Winter Olympics and speed skating for the women's 500 m and women's curling where Lee Sang Wha led the team to a gold.
At this, MBC "Empress Ki" and SBS "One Warm Word" and KBS2 "Red Sun" temporarily went out of business.
On February 12th, men's speed skating 1000m and rugy curling with Mo Tae Beom, Lee Kyu Hyuk, and Kim Tae Yoon was broadcast as MBC "Miss Korea" was cancelled.
KBS2 "Generation of Youth" will be either broadcast at 10PM and SBS "You Who Came from the Stars" will be broadcast thirty minutes earlier. As for the entertainment programs, KBS2 "Mamma Mia" is broadcast at the regular time but SBS "Couple" and MBC "Radio Star" is cancelled.
